Business Centre is a web based software system that has been created to aid in the management of commercial office buildings. The system combines a public website and commercial software login for both management and tenant.
The public website allows you to market your building. While displaying important information, such as space availability with images and virtual tours, expressions of interest forms and requests for leasing information packs that can be stored in the system and emailed or printed and mailed when required, building profiles, interactive tenant directories that can be linked to a kiosk in the foyer and much more.
Through the secure login you can give your tenants access to the state of the art systems and up to the minute information. The request system allows tenants to request, for example, maintenance work. They log in, fill out the request and the system will log the request, send to the appropriate department, track its progress, keep the tenant informed of progress and send reminders. Every communication on the system is archived and associated for future reference and reporting purposes.
Other features include managing building specifications, fire safety guidelines, maps of all fire exits in the building, an online document library, event calendar, frequently asked questions, interactive tenant directory, newsletter and more.
