The Space Managment system is a complete online software package to track, book, pay for and advertise space within a network or individual shopping centre.
The system allows a casual leasing manager to advertise available space, make bookings, track usage and client details, accept online payment, track all documentation, automatically invoice and have it all in the one location. Online booking systems make sure time is not double booked.
The system is an n-tier, database driven system. It incorporates a web-based user-interface for maximum usability, and a database abstraction system for maximum portability. It uses a modular design that allows easy customization, and is designed to be protected by corporate firewalls, while maintaining secure connections for optionally publishing data to a public or semi-public front-end.
